Aaron is the managing partner at the law firm of Keister & Baker, LLC, and practices real estate, estate planning and business law, with an emphasis on agricultural law. He is licensed in Ohio and Indiana. He grew up on a farm in southern Van Wert County and graduated from Crestview High School in 2003, Indiana Wesleyan University in 2007 and Ohio Northern University College of Law in 2010. He serves as a Trustee at Van Wert Health and on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Wesleyan University Alumni Association.
Seth Baker is the Executive Secretary of The Van Wert County Foundation, a philanthropic community trust. Baker holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in management, innovation, and change, a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture with a minor in City and Regional Planning, and an Associate Degree in Horticulture. He has worked in economic development, downtown revitalization, and community planning and design in various capacities. He continues to work on his family farm where he is knowledgeable about local agricultural practices. He is passionate about his community and volunteers for several boards, committees, and activities which currently include the Van Wert Rotary Club, The Van Wert Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, The Wassenberg Art Center, the Niswonger Performing Arts Center, and First Presbyterian Church.
Kirk Berryman is the owner of Computer & Networking Technologies, Ltd. Kirk started CNT in 1997 and has been offering Van Wert and the surrounding areas with dedicated computer sales, repair and maintenance. CNT has a second location in Celina. The goal of CNT is "to provide our customers with cost effective means to maintain an edge in the ever changing world of technology". Kirk is also the owner of the Sears Hometown Store in Van Wert. Kirk is currently on and has served for 5 years on the Lincolnview Board of Education and is involved in his family’s farm.
Kim Braun is President of Braun Industries, Inc., an emergency vehicle manufacturer. Her company engineers and manufactures high-quality ambulances for fire and EMS departments across the nation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Her career has focused on strategic implementation, organizational development, general management, human resources, and finance. Kim is a member of the National Association of Woman Business Owners, the Young President’s Organization, the National Truck Equipment Association’s Young Executive Network, along with development boards for state and community economic development growth.
Andy Czajkowski is the President of Statewide Ford Lincoln and is also the owner of Superior Collision, Quick Lane Tire & Auto and Statewide Emergency Products in Van Wert. Born and raised in Detroit, he moved to New Jersey in 1982 to enter the automobile industry. Andy relocated to Van Wert in 1993 with his wife, Mary, and their daughter, Alex. He is heavily engaged in community service, serving on, the Van Wert County Foundation, and is a Director of Fort Wayne Public Television, PBS39. Andy is a past Chairman of United Way of Van Wert County and the Van Wert County Hospital Board of Trustees. He is also a Director at First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Van Wert and is an active member of the Van Wert Rotary Club.

Scott Etzler is Operational Assurance Director at Central Mutual Insurance Company and has been with the corporation for 14 years. Prior to that, he spent 15 years in the manufacturing field in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations Management roles. Scott has a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Indiana Tech and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Saint Francis. Over the last 25 years, he has also served on the Adjunct Faculty Staff at Indiana Tech in both on-campus and on-line instruction.
Along with coaching youth basketball, baseball and fastpitch softball, Scott has served on the Board of Directors for his local United Way, YMCA, Junior Achievement, and Athletic Boosters Club as well as in Church Leadership positions. He has served as a Board of Trustee for the Business Development Corporation for the last 4 years as well as on the Building Committee for LifeHouse Church.

Brian is General Manager of Greve Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Van Wert. He is a native of Van Wert and a graduate of Northwood University in Midland Michigan. Brian is on the board of the Van Wert County Health Department and an active member of the Van Wert Service Club.
Michele P. Mooney
Michele is the CEO of Purmort Brothers Insurance Agency. A family owned agency that has been in the business since 1876. She works alongside her sister, Leah and they are the 5th generation to work in the agency. Purmort Brothers Insurance Agency offers all lines of insurance, from personal, business, to life and health. She is licensed in Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. Michele is a graduate of Van Wert High School and studied at the University of Cincinnati. Michele has been involved on several boards around the Van Wert Community and is a member of the Van Wert Optimist Club. Michele resides in Van Wert with her husband Mike and their two children Ethan and Ellie.
Fred is the owner of Pond Seed Company, a local agricultural seed company that has been in business since 1927. Pond holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Arts from The Defiance College and is an adamant supporter of Independent Business. Fred is currently servicing as Vice Chair of the Ohio Seed Improvement Association, Vice President of Advanced Genetics, Inc, Malting Seed Producers of Ohio, and past Chair of Ohio Foundation Seeds on a State level. Pond has served on various boards locally, including the Van Wert County Hospital, Van Wert County Airport, and the former Wells Fargo Bank, where his passion was, and still is, to help create a better community. Fred attends, and is very active, at LifeHouse Church and enjoys aviation, bike road cycling, and golf.

Denise is the Business Development Manager with First Financial Bank, in Van Wert. Denise starting her banking career in 1979 and has been with First Financial Bank since 2006. Denise is the treasurer of The Convoy Community Foundation, past President of Main Street Van Wert, past member of the Van Wert Economic Advisory Group and member of the Van Wert Rotary Club. Denise and her husband Steve Frey are lifelong residents of Van Wert County.
Adam Ries is a Loan Officer with First Federal of Van Wert, an independent community bank serving Van Wert for more than 125 years. Prior to the bank, he led the community’s downtown revitalization non-profit for 6 years. Adam is a Van Wert native and graduate of the College of Architecture & Environmental Design at Kent State University. He also serves on the board of the Van Wert Area Convention & Visitors Bureau, continues to volunteer with Main Street Van Wert Inc, and is a member of the Van Wert Rotary Club.
Pat Ryan is Senior Vice President Commercial Lending of Citizens National Bank, a 750 million dollar community bank. Pat also serves as President of the Van Wert Ohio market for Citizens. As a community bank, Citizens National Bank actively pursues lending opportunities of all sizes. They maintain a close working relationship with a network of partners specializing in small business lending. These partners include local revolving loan funds, SBA program specialists, Ohio Department of Development loan division, JobsOhio and others. Pat has 40 years of experience in the banking industry with the last 15 years at Citizens. He also provides volunteer service for many local nonprofit entities.

Tom Turnwald is owner and President of National Door & Trim, Inc., Teem Wholesale, Inc., and a partner in The Landings at Dickinson Farms. He is a graduate of the University of Toledo with a B.S. in Marketing. He is a Director at Van Wert Federal Savings Bank and also serves on Van Wert Health’s Board of Trustees. Tom has served as both Secretary and Treasurer of the Van Wert Business Development Corp. He resides locally with his wife, Michelle, and has three adult children.
Mark White is president of Vancrest Management Corp and has been involved in long term health care and real estate development his entire career. He is a graduate of Ohio Northern University with a B. S. in management. White has been active in the community and is currently serving on the board of Trustees for the Van Wert County Foundation and is a board member of the Van Wert Business Development Corp., the Salvation Army Advisory Board and is active in his church, First Presbyterian, where he serves as Treasurer. He is also a member of the board of Trustee of Ohio Northern University and additionally serves on the Dicke College of Business advisory board.
Jonathan Stoller is an owner in Bashore Reineck Stoller & Waterman Inc, a local Certified Public Accounting Firm with offices in Van Wert, Paulding and Columbus Grove. As an active CPA, he enjoys meeting and working with clients, following in the footsteps of his father, Rodney Stoller, CPA, who he has worked with since graduating college in 2004. Jon graduated from The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Masters in Accounting. He is a current member of the American Institute of CPA’s, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Latty Apostolic Christian Church. Sara is President of Alexander & Bebout, Inc., an engineering and design commercial and industrial contractor. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Toledo in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer. Sara currently serves as CIC President. Is a past board member of the Van Wert Area Chamber of Commerce. Previously served on the County Revolving Loan Fund Committee and served as Interim President of the Van Wert Area Economic Development Corporation. She resides locally with her husband, T.J., and their two children. She is a member of St. Mary’s of the Assumption Catholic Church in Van Wert.
